i paid cash i need cash back to buy another sofa they say they can only pay me by cheque. as i dont have a bank account this is useless to me. how do i stand regarding my consumer rights

Hi, is there a card that will help me save money. I don't use my card that much. I try not to but if I did buy some thing for my family is there a card out there that will put some thing like 1% in a saving accont. I thought I saw some thing like that on T.V. Thanks

I have one business account that is in the red (has been for more than a month) and one personal account that is in the black. I had money put into the personal bank account and the bank immediately transfered it into the one that is in the red without asking me. Is this legal or allowed? Is there going to be a section in the terms of service? Is there someone or some government body/website where I can find out more about this?

I'm just trying to help out my friend.. she got divorced last year, but still living together with her ex (I know it's weird). Her ex got his 2nd stroke last year (after divorce )and has not been able to work ever since. He can complete simple tasks such as eating, walking, carrying objects, driving, and following simple instructions, but he can no longer work like he used to. He is also having short term memory loss. She is currently supporting him for all his financial needs, but is really having a hard time financially....her current income is no longer enough to support her family. She was told that they are eligible for getting disability money but first he has to get a psych test. However, ex-husband is refusing to get a test saying that "there's nothing wrong with me". He can't even fill out a job application !!! any suggestions would be appreciated !!!

I'm 17 and have three part-time jobs. However, I would like to start making more money as neither of the three jobs pay very well and I live in a very remote and rural area so I'm stuck for choice!

I don't want to hear about any scams or anything. Just genuine ways to make money.

I'm currently selling items through eBay on my mum's account as I don't have PayPal and am not old enough for it yet. (You have to be 18)

Wondered if anyone could help me out.

has any one heard of the debt program transforming your debt into wealth by john cummuta? i have heard aboput it on the radio and online and i want to try it so bad, but i just don't have the money to pay for the course? does any one know where i can get it any cheaper or maybe someone has it and has used it and wants to pass iton to someone who really needs it... i know that sounds so weird but if that was the case i promise i would give it back, I'm just so desperate and i'm trying to get a handle in my life and im barley making it as it is, and i dont even have anything put away for teh future because i don't make enough. can anyonme please help me!!!!! thankyou so much

i have been out of work for months after being laid off i made ok money $$ i guess anyway i was offered a position making $10 less an hour there a new company that just opened and they told me that this company IS HUGE and i will never stay in that same position i will GROW maybe even manage the place or one of there other companys one day..would you take it even if for right now its not so much $$ but you know you could grow?

I filed personal bankruptcy after a number of business & personal debts got out of control. My ex decided he was going to have to file bankruptcy because some of the debts were under both of our names. The problem here is that one of my debts (a loan made to me by a person) was on my bankruptcy filing. My ex's atty made the error of obtaining a copy of my filing and then going off of it as a means to make a list of creditors for my ex. One of the people the atty listed on my ex's filing was actually someone who was a creditor of mine and not his. The person who made the loan to me said that since she never tried to stop my bankruptcy from being discharged to recoup her money, she was now going to go after my ex since his bankruptcy has not been discharged. This "creditor" would never have pursued my ex if my ex's atty had not made the mistake of listing her as a creditor. Can my ex's atty simply remove her as a creditor since and stop any claim she might have against my ex?

does anyone make any real money from working at home or is all those tv commercials just a waste? because iv told my dad he could make make money from one of those programs off the tv but i dont think he takes me seriously and if they do work why dont more people do it if all your doing is sitting at a computer making way more in a week than in 2 months?.
