If you never entered a contest, then you couldn't have won anything. Most of those "You Won!" things are just a way to get your attention so that they can sell you something, or get your information to sell your name/address to companies who want to sell you something. Others are more sinister and may be viruses or ways for people to steal your identity. Don't believe the hype!

honestly, you're not going to get a total stranger giving money to you. you'll sooner be hit by lighting than have money fall on your lap like that. Even lotteries are companies attempting to make a profit from gambling.

Do what I do, reply saying that you are already a millionaire following a tragig road accident in Nigeria during which an unknown long-lost relative (apparantly) died, leaving me with 16.5 million dollars, say "thanks, but i already have toooooo much now, keep it for yourself"

delete them, they are scams to either get money from you or personal info

delete, and write to your congress person to tell them that you want them to put these btds in jail.
