Hi, I'm in the soup and am looking for someone who I can trust and, more truthfully, someone who is willing to trust me. I live and work in Barcelona, Spain and have a debt that I need to pay. I'm looking for a short term loan of ideally €10,000/$15,000. The full amount can be repaid in 30days with interest. I have no collateral to offer only my word and a desire to end this feeling of desperation and stress. If you're some scammer please donot waste my time and yours. I'm hoping to come across someone genuine who's willing to listen to a genuine cry for help. Not someone who wants to make a quick buck. If there's anybody out there willing to talk please get in touch. Thanks for reading.

a woman came to my house and gave me papers that said "served" and said that she was from the Sheriff's office. She was in a regular car and didn't show any identification. I took the papers and it said that I had a credit card 5 years ago and twelve hundred dollars was racked up and I needed to attend mediation. Well, to make a long story short, my ex who used to beat me up bought things and wouldn't let me pay the card. I had forgotten about it when I moved back home a couple years ago. I called the agency and the woman was saying "not all guys are like that" and weird stuff like that and I told her she wasn't making any sense. She was being horrible. She wouldn't work with me on making 3 monthly installments. She said either pay it all now over the phone or go to mediation. The problem is, the mediation's on my fourth day of school. So my mom got very upset and called the courth house. They told her all that would happen if I didn't go is my credit would be affected. True?

I owed $4,500 in tuition. Because of late payments, my account was charged off to a collection agency. The agency letter charged me $12,000 +in tuition and $6,000+ in collections fees to give me a total of little over $19,000. What can I do? This isn't fair. Plus being that this has been reported to the collection agency, this will appear on my credit report which is already in bad shape? Help!!!! I'm desperate.

We have a lot of debt. We have more total debt than we make in a year, and more than half is student loans.

We're trying to build up our credit by both saving and paying stuff off. But is it a waste of time to save money? Right now, we're saving 5% each from our paychecks. And if we have it, sometimes we send bigger amounts just to have more in there.

6 Years 11 mo. ago I had a major medical emergency. I had no insurance and was left with 28,000 of medical bills. Since that time I have been paying creditors $400 a month sometimes living paycheck to paycheck. I am now down to $4,265.32 of debt. All but three unpaid items remain on my credit report, which I am still making monthly payments to. My question is if I stop paying on these bills which will be removed next month due to the 7 year reporting limit, can they restart the clock and begin reporting them again if I stop making monthly payments.
To those of you that would scorn me and say I should pay my bills please don't reply. I was denyed assistance to help pay my bills because I didn't apply for food, housing or money assistance. I have always worked, I don't have kids and I am of the wrong race.
I would really like to buy a house and finaly put the past behind me. I would appreciate any sincere advice.
Thank you.

I inherited timeshare in Makaha,HA from my parents. They paid over $20,000 when they bought it. It is now worth $3,500., minus the cost of probate/escrow. What's left? I encourage people to look into renting before buying. My timeshare fees are approx. $800.00 a year. To rent the unit would be approx. $800.00. I contacted the main office in Los Angeles, CA, asked what is the advantage of owning vs. renting. I never got a reply. I wonder why my parents bought. They were intelligent people. Like so many people of that era, they saved their money, paid in cash, went through the depression, went through the war. My dad, I'm proud to say a "survivior" of the Japan prison camp. I'm a suvivior of cancer and their message was to enjoy. Our time shared together out live the financial loss of the timeshare.

I'm currently thinking of applying on all three this summer. I have a full-time job but seeking to replace with a part-time job to pay my bills and make room for school. I plan on applying for 2 loans: $10,000 for auto and another $15,000 on student loan. I have limited credit history of 8 months with a credit score ranging from 640-660 maybe even at 680 due to regular payments on my 2 credit card bills. I've had my current job for a year and a month but working here won't get me anywhere that is why I decided to further my career by going back to college. I am also currently applying for my financial aid as a full-time student to help out with school's tuition and expenses. I could probably deal with $400-500 a month payments for the two loans and I have minimal payments for my living and misc expenses. But would this be a good decision? I need experienced individuals to advice and give suggestions pls. Thank you very much!

I need to make some extra money (the more the better). The thing is, I don't believe in all these "money making" schemes, because you have to pay for them to tell you what to do. I often think that they are just making money off of selling you the "program" and the program may or may not even work. They are just using it to make money.

So, if you have any realistic ideas of how I could make a side income without "paying" someone to get me started, I would love to hear about it.

Thank you for your time.

I won a judgement in small claims court. I found out the sheriff can withdraw the money owed from the person's bank account. I called the sheriff and they said I need to know where the person that owes me money opened her account. All I have is her bank account number. Is there any way I can find the address to her bank?
