I took a look at the website, it looks like a training program that teaches you about real estate. Its probably about as honest as any other seminar, but if you don't properly apply what you learn in the seminar it won't help. It is also possible that you may learn some of the material they teach in their courses through other sources, like books on real estate investing. Real estate is similar to other businesses: you buy a property, add value to it (fixing it up or offering better marketing etc) then sell it for a profit. The timing of the market can be very important also. It is certainly possible to make money in real estate honestly but be careful because nobody makes money on every sale necessarily.

The Better Business Bureau has them on their website. Take a look at the reports and decide if you want to do it. I declined. The cash flow generated are the fees paid by you to Russ Whitney and his speakers.

You'd better know exactly what you're doing.
Oh, yea, It's honest, but if you buy a property, put a lot of $ into it and can't sell it,
you're in hot water.
