Every time I go pay my rent, the property owner yells @ me, & his employees act very snobbish & belittle me.

OK so I just found out that my mortgage company forced place insurance on me and now are trying to extort the money out of me. How do I prove to them that I had insurance at the time and get out of not having to pay for this insurance now. Is it just a matter of showing them that I had insurance at the time and that it did not lapse and they then have to take it off. Or will I still be charged for this???

My credit rating is 814. I am one of those people who has never had any problem. I pay my credit cards bill in full (I have never paid one cent in interest or late payments), paid my 30 yr mortgage off in 15 years and am perfect in all payments. (I'm in my 60's) My question is why is my score only 814? What would it take to get it to the top of 850? Thank you.

Hi.

This can be a particular newspaper, magazine, journal, TV or radio show or any other source that can be helpful for selecting a successful company in the UK or abroad for investing for long-term and short-term period.

I'm also interested to know if you have any strategies for a successful investor in stock market.

Appreciate your comment(s).

I have a highly favorable analysis on my invention. Just 9 points short out of 107 of getting a liscensing deal with a company out of Minneapolis. Since only 2 percent of inventions make money for the inventor, they don't want to assume the risk unless I have at least 96 points. I don't have the money to put up front for the patent search, etc. My product is deemed superior to others on the market. Thank you in advance for your help.

I am from a foreign country and have a very empty resumee since work is so scarce there. Now I finished my studies here and I am not the youngest anymore either, but I do not have any work experience whatsoever. I just worked part-time and temp jobs in my life to get by, but won't get any reference for that. Would I be better off making up places I worked at before?

While I have been going to school I never held a constant job. I always did jobs on the side as they were more flexible and I could cope better with them. Now I know that potential employers will look down on an empty resumee and I am not sure how I can explain that.

I want to get into buying land holds and have been looking into Ebay. Is it still a smart idea to buy land parcels and leave them alone now in this market today hoping they will gain value? Also is Ebay a good place to look? I dont care where in the country but I want to start out small...any advice?

what happens to the mortgage value and the house? My aunt died 2 weeks ago, and we found a PMI policy, but until tonight, we were confusing that with MLI, mortgage life insurance (in this case, the mortgage would be paid off). Does the mortgage value increase back to the sale price of the house since the borrower, my aunt, will default from now on? Thanks.
