depending on where you live, the sad truth is most employers wont even want to hire you, your to much of a "liability" because of your young age, i tried and tried, when i was 15 and no luck. but literally on my birthday, when i turned 16, they hired me. and that's the way it goes around in most states, i know here in Cali, its a fact. so be patient, when your the right age, find a job & then go to your schools counseler and they will print a "work permit application" soon after your employer signs it,its legit. and dont worry before you know it 16 will come rolling around, cuz those other jobs(15yr old jobs)usaaly tend too really suck, so unless your despreate, wait a little, hope i helped.

You can try to find the documentation on your state or city web site, or you can more easily talk to the guidance counsellor or principals office at your school; they likely have copies or know where to get them.

You get it through your school. Try talking to someone like your counselor - they should be able to point you in the right direction.
