No way to tell.

Every lender has their own default bureau that they pull, but it changes depending on what State you live in and even what Zip code you have.

Juniper (Barclays Bank) almost always uses TU for their partner cards no matter what state a person lives in.

Since I don't know what your TU FICO is - the cards that seem the most lenient on underwriting for those with scores in the low 600's are Carnival Sea Miles and US Airways. (US Air does have an annual fee, Carnival is fee free)
