MBI has a Jan call that has high time value (12%), high downside protection (13%) and high implied volitility (1.3). This means investors feel there will be a large swing in the stock in the near term but what do you look at to determine if they feel this turn will be up or down? It seems to me if call buyers are willing to bid this much premium in a stock call they feel like it will go through the roof.

What are their limitations? If I just wanted to find out if I have a legitimate case for litigation, could a paralegal tell me? Do I just get out the Yellow Pages to find one? Do they have specialties?

Say what you want but even if you have a BA you still have alot of competition. So it doesn't mean you are going to get a decent job. I am 23 I have not graduated college yet, Though alot of people at my current job I come to find out have BA's. Mostly in business. I work at a call center(for now).

6th December called aol to ask them for a mac code and the guy i spoke to persuaded me to stay with aol for the time being by offering me a reduced rate of £9.99 per mth. I asked him if i would be entered into a new contract because that was the last thing i wanted and he said i would not. I decided to take up the offer as i was still debating wether to switch over or not. I definitely didnt want a new contract with aol. They sent me an email with details of the new contract but i did not check my email as i did not think i needed to cos I did not know about the new contract. In the email it says i have 7 days (or 10 days i cant remember) to cancel this contract. I only read the email this weekend and I called them and explained the sitution but they told me I would be charged for the remaining 17 months. I am now going to put it in writing. I've cancelled my direct debit already. Do you think I will get anywhere with this? Any advice would be appreciated.

They have been saying that gas prices arnt affecting people as much as they thought they would. Like they thought the threashold was $3, and now they are saying $4. It seems to me that as long as people have credit cards then it will "SEEM" that its not that big of a deal. They are also saying that more people are in debt and that more people are late with payments. Americans are oil crazy and will continue to buy it, but why say that its not affecting people when it seems that it is. Gas prices up = Credit card usage up = Strain on peoples budgets = strain on the economy.

I have some additional IRA/104K information from my old employer that I forgot to include.

I forgot to include the distribution amount and the federal tax withheld -- 2 simple items only.

The IRS gave sent me a CP2000 notice and they caught the extra income part but they left out the federal tax withheld part (sneaky little devils). It strikes me as odd that they made this error since it's plain knowledge that IRA/401K distrubutions are "automatically" subject to 20% federal tax withholding. I made about $400 in payments before I realized my error and the IRS agent said that if everything works out then they'll refund my payments. Is this true?

How tough do you guys see this task as being?
