I am 14 and I have a savings account. I have 153$ in it because of shares/stocks my grandparents have for me.I spent the money they gave me on hair extensions but I still need to buy more cloths because I got rid of all my old ones that didn't fit or I haven't wore in a long time, but I lost my atm card. Is there any way I can take my money out without my atm card?

do you think online applications are fair? i mean i guess applicants don't really have a say in the matter, but they seem to make my life alot harder. a few years ago when i filled out paper applications, i actually heard back from people. by applying online, you don't know that it's actually being recived by anyone. with all the silly tests, it can take an hour per application without the promise of so much as a phone call, and your denied the chance to make a good impression. i remember how i got all of my previous jobs, being a friendly 19 yearold girl...i would just go in, smile, speak enough to show i'm approchable and well spoken and somtimes that was enough for the person to say "well...come on back and i'll interview you". these days...i send out a dozen online apps and just don't hear back. thats like 12 hours worth of time that i will never get back. is anyone else pisssed by this? anyone else think online apps are making it harder to find work?

I currently share a joint tenancy in rented accommodation with my gf who has recently suffered mental illness & is in recovery. I am currently her carer. The problem is she has an unsecured personal loan (in her name only - which she had before I met her) and currently cant afford the usual monthly repayment due to her being ill & on benefits & I have no money to pay her loan with. The issue is that about 99% of the items we have in our home belong to me and not her and i'm wondering if things turn really nasty with the bank involved how can I protect myself against my stuff being taken? I have a lot of computer equipment, audio, TV and games consoles which I don't want taken. We have already contacted her bank to try to arrange a smaller repayment temporarily while she is in recovery but they still wont accept it! B*stards! Their only solution is to charge her and make her more overdrawn. Would appreciate some advice. I can provide some invoices/receipts but some items are s/h! Help!

My stock broker deducted a "Backup Withholding" charge when I sold some shares this year. The charge was much higher than what I should have paid in taxes (it basically assumed the entire amount of the shares as "income", when in fact my income was close to 0 because I sold the shares for the same price I bought them for).

How do I enter this information in my tax returns to get the money back from IRS? I was told that this might be a "deduction". However, I thought deductions were amounts that you didn't want to be taxed for (for example, if you donated money to charity). But this seems to be different --- this is money I want back from the IRS!

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Happy holidays guys!

shortly before going off an interest only ARM? I realize that I would not be gaining any equity, but I need a couple more years to get finances in order before going to a 30 year fixed.

Hi,
I am opening a coffee shop/bakery, and would like to get help with a supply list I would need to keep on hand to run the store.

Meaning is there a place where I can find a list of supplies I would need (not including bakery ingredience/supplies needs)

For example: Napkins, cups, sleeves, stir, cleaning soaps, cash register paper, bulbs, sugar for coffee, ect.

I'm looking for a list, thank you!

Now I found a house in NJ around where I live for only $54,900 Its a condo 1 bedroom with living room and dinning room. Now I don't care how big it is. I am just tired of paying rent and want to own a house. I currently make $30,000 a year and I am willing to put $6000 to $10000 down payment for that house. Now about my income I get paid cash and check. The cash money I cant prove because its like tips.

My question is Is there any mortgage company that will deal with someone in my situation that get paid 75% of his salary cash?

I'm looking for cost effective back testing (for stocks). I'd prefer not to leave my current broker. Mostly for swing trading. Any ideas/suggestions?

I am very interested in going to New Jersey over the summer to attend a national political Symposia however the program costs over 4,500 dollars. My Parents cannot afford that at all, we don't have a lot of money. I really would like to go because since I arrived in this country I have never had an opportunity to travel outside of NY state. plus I'm looking foreword to the personal development offered by such an experience.

My question is: How can I raise enough money for this. What would be the best way to do it. Are any businesses willing to support a cause like this?

PS. I work but I don't make enough to cover personal needs and have a extra 4,000 left over. I can save up some but not enough.

My father only brings in around $620/month from disability. He has class 4 angina and has had a double bypass and is no longer able to work.

I am wondering what his monthly low income rent should be, because his current housing authority is going up on his rent again.

I work with someone who said that their friend pays around $10/month rent and really has no disabilities like my father does. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I'm getting married in June so we are going to take a mini-honeymoon to north of us. Then in the winter we are going to go some where warm! (we live in wisconsin)

I just started a job this past July and earn ONE vacation day a month. I have 3 so far, by June I should have about 9. Not enough.

In July, my fiance's family takes a trip to canada for 10 days, which I would LOVE to go of course because we'll be newly weds.

Can I ask at work if theres unpaid time I can have?

Does anyone have any knowledge about how that works? I LOVE my job and plan on staying there forever and they are so easy going with changing times I work, but I'm full-time so as long as each week I get 37.5-40 hours they don't care.

I was THINKING maybe I would go part time and then my vacation days would be covered but I'm not sure thats an wise option

How much time is your job giving you unpaid?

I guess also any tips how to go about (asking HR or my manager) this would be great!
