Through the same agent that sells the rest of your business insurance. If you don't have any business insurance yet, you need a local, independent agent, who knows the markets.

What kind of errors of ommission insurance you need. There are different E&O for different professions like Real Estate Broker, Insurance Agent, Escrow Officer, Doctors and etc. Please let me know what kind of occupation you are in and which state you located, and I can help you refer to a local insruance agent to purchase your E&O coverage.
