Hi,

Edgar is a huge database with lots of different kinds of information in a variety of formats.

If you can narrow down your request a bit a more specific answer can be provided.

Much of the information in Edgar is in plain text. you can select it in the web browser and copy it. Then switch to Excel and paste it.

If the data is in fake columns (text with lots of spaces to make it look nice like a table but it it really isn't) then use Excel's Data > Text to Tables feature.
