I saw on a tv show last night, that the best thing a young person who doesn't have a lot of money can do is invest in a Spyder. Does anyone have first hand experience in this, and if so, can you tell me how this works and where I can go to start the process?

I rent an apartment and never seem to have a place to park. I have one of 4 spots that i should be able to utilize but much of the time it is taken by visitors. My question is...is there anything i can legally do to secure that i have a place to park. This is very annoying that i pay rent and have no place to park!

I am not sure whether im that kind of person fit for a job such as being a lawyer. However, ive always had this sense of passion towards justice advocacy and equality. also, whenever we are asked to speak in class ( im a highschool student) for a persuasive speech and literary defense, my teachers as well as my classmates would praise me for being such a good and remarkable speaker. As a matter of fact, my teacher even thought that i could be a politician. Also, my teachers say that i am good in writing as well. However, unlike many aspiring lawyers, ive never been involved in a debating club wherein students are sent out to compete and stuff. Im kind of a low profiled student. does this matter? should i continue to aspire and be a lawyer?

At the end of the year, do you have to file it on your income tax? What if you do not hold a job at all that year, but still win a sweepstakes for like $5,000?. What do you do?

I'm an 18 year old female who received $10,000 due to a death of a relative.

What would be some good ways to invest this?

I don't really wanna keep it tied up in anything for longer than two years, because my own family's financial situation is uncertain.

What should I do with it?

Any suggestions appreciated.

My father has a section 8 tenant living in a rental she has been there about 4 years. she is on month to month, sent her an eviction notice (however i have heard that it was not properly done) 3 1/2 months ago. she still hasn't found a place to live . she has her and 1 kid on the lease(her older son was just taken off) it seems that there are about 4 extra adults living in this home with her she only has to pay 400.00 a month sec. 8 pays 1700.00 dad pays all utilities(water bill has been extremly high lately) how can we prove legally that there are more people living in this house so that we can evict her...family needs to move into the home and we cant get her out. S.F rent control "you have to pay each person 4500. and child 3000. relocation fee(very unfair) and you must give 90 days notice and she still wont leave...i'm looking for some advice on how to evict due to more people living in the house then agreed to on the lease...advice please saw attorney already, need more help!!!!!!
