First, don't take the advice of copying a doctor note from a website. If your boss questions it for some reason, it's your job on the line not hers. It's not worth it risking losing your job over. Just do what you think you should without lying to your boss. It might come back to bite you in the a**.

If you are married or have kids, thats easy one of them is sick... if you don't then you play sick. it is so easy to make a doctors note if you need one... just find a local doctor with a website that you might be able to copy and paste a company logo for a realistic look.... Make up a generic note leaving the date and patient name and return to work/school date blank. It is your job you are a grow up just take a day but make sure you follow your calling company policy... Since you just got off vacation your can make the excuse that you must have caught some bug while out.
