Take an anger management class and learn to control your reaction. Anger can kill you without harming those that you are angry with.

Your boss has no right to be hollering and screaming at you that is very unprofessional. You needs to seek anger management. Well both of you do. But your boss should know better to behavior like that. You might have to report you boss to the Administration, or the Human Resources, because he/she is disrespecting you as an employee, and it is causing you have an unhealthy attitude toward him/her which might cost you your job if continued. It is called abusing their authority. And Supervisors, Managers, and even Directors can be demoted, and lose their position, if Administration, feels they can't handle, and do their job in a professional manner. Take care of that situation, and if you don't like your job you might want to be looking else where. But until someone stand up and let this behavior be known it will continue. Your work history will look better if you put in a two week notice to leave, than to get fired.

To start take a deep, breath, and say to you self I can control my angry, and when you get it under control, go to her and ask do you have a problem with me, in a nice way, and say if you do, would you like me to quit working for you, you know I need these job, but if you can not be nicer to me I may have to!
