Boycott them then send a letter to the owner.

How about slowing down a minute yourself! It says fast-food, not instant food! But what do you expect when most chains pay close to the minimum wage, hire nothing but kids and people who either just want to put in their time and go home, or have no desire to do better, and then discourage them by giving them only a nickel an hour pay raise, even after a year! And on top of that, they get treated like idiots by the customers. I don't think that combination is any incentive to do better.

You obviously aren't going to fast food establishments. If you were, then you would get food and service quickly.

You must be going to sit-down restaurants with waiters who take your order. No wonder you're frustrated!

Theres something the general public need to understand when it comes to fast food. Its not a easy job ur on ur feet for five hours flat u have a minute per order to get tht meal out that consist of taken an order and handing it out within a minute.......so if ur not sure what u want go thru the front if ur goin thru drive thru make sure u know what u want and have ur money ready nothng more fusturating. Then u have cooks they r at the back so if they are taking there sweet *** time its the cooks in the kitchen....if its out the front then they are generally pretty new and just getting the jist of things which is something u also have to understand due to the fact as stated above that alot of ppl leave due to minumem wages etc. You also have to have alot of patience and tolerance because evrything has time limits which consist of opening and shutting the store, serving customers, cooking...chiips making burgers, chicken pizza etc. I work in fast food and yer its fusturating for even us employees because wed love nothing better then to take ur order and *** u off as quickly as possible but it is a fast paced job and when u have young kids that have been at work all day or studying then come to work all night u have to understand that mid night they are gonna be strung out. At kentucky fried chicken we have to cook the chicken takes 18 minutes to cook and atleast 3 two 4 mins to bread and another 3 or 4 minutes to rack ...u only have two cooks wich means they dont just cook the chicken they cook evrything and they get told to cook things in one lump so for eg u would say can i have 2 bags boneless 2 bags wings 80 strips 24 head which equals to 18 pieces per bag so is breaded 18 pieces at a time etc. Tehn u have someone on burger bench they have to make burgers for the front and the back so u can imagine if its really busy and u have several different burgers to make and ur the only person on burger bench because its understaffed. Then u have ppl on packing as soon as the order comes up on there screen they pack it .....but if a cook has forgotten to put chicken down or they burn it or drop it u can imagine the fusturation. Then u have people out the front taking ordersThey are generally pretty new and just getting the jist of things so they have one or two strong ppl out the front who know what they are doing to help them out. Generally it all works out but if u have to waite a cple minutes when the staff are already fusturated that somebody didnt put chips down, nuggets, chicken etc then dont get a attitude it is our job we know that but we are only human we arent robots and we do our best there are alot of things that have to be done and a trillion and one things on each and evry team members minds and generally u do get ur order in one minute generally u do get friendly service etc just keep in mind that it doesnt just magically appear especially when ur understaffed due to the fact ppl ring up sick etc its not a easy job as ive stated again u have to have patience u have to be quick and efficient and u have to remain friendly nomatter how fuked things are. Now on saying that we do have incentives for speed and efficientsy etc maybe next time as a customer when u come into the store have a little more tolerance and patience
