Item sold on ebay. Buyer pays with paypal. I shipped the item to paypal confirmed address. 3 days later paypal put hold on funds and started investigation (Fraud credit card used?). Buyer receives item. Paypal reversed money. Buyer doesn't reply. I sent via USPS insured. return signature received. Items was delivered to a different addresses then actually where I sent. (Forwarding address?). In my return receipt I don't have full address I only have city, state and zip code. Item was shipped to Brown Deer, WI 53223, it was delivered to Matteson, IL 60443. USPS doesn't give me complete address of delivery. What should I do? If I file complaint with IC3 and local police would they help solve this. Does anyone has experience in situation like this?

I applied for this visa over a month ago and I still haven't recieved the card. I've made calls to the company only to hear a recording telling me to call back later. I also tried to access them over the internet but the website is down for some unknown reason.

I've already recieved a bill and paid it. Is there anything I can do to get my money back and cancel the card all together?

Dear Partner,

nobody applies as the Next of kin to Claim the fund.

Consequently,I shall present you to stand as the next of kin to my Late
Client so that you and I can benefit from the fruits of this old man’s
labour to enhance our financial status. For now, I alone knew about
his last will/Testament,as my client had great confidence in me.
Everything will be left between you and I.The share would be 30% for you and
50% for me. All I have to Do is to amend his Last will/Testament to make
you the Next of Kin/Beneficiary of the Estate legally.

As I am not very sure of getting your consent on the issue,I prefer not
to divulge my full identity so as not to risk being exposed.I need not
emphasize to you that the sensitivity of this issue need not be toyed
with by neglecting its confidentiality.

Upon acceptance, I shall send to you a copy of the probate and
Inherittance return information form and the Detailed Information on how this
business would be successfully transacted. At this point I want to

hi we are in the middle off buying a house and we have got to the part where we have signed contracts and waiting to go ahead with completion contract, however the chap we are buying from has pulled out of the 1 he is buying and saying he will not move out of ours until he has found somewhere. i went over there last week to measure up and the wife told me there would be no probs with the date we offered her and they will go to rented accommodation. i'm stuck as mine at the moment has sold and the lady is waiting to get in here on friday. has any one please got any advice on what i can do it will be muchly appretiated as i have to my son dog and cat to think about aswell thank you.

I'm in California. The owners of this rental i'm in haven't paid the mortgage for 6 months. Notice of default was filed on 7/19/07. They were given 90 days to get current or sell. Or the house goes on the auction block Oct 18th. Why are they entitled to any more rent? If legally I have to continue paying rent. The law needs to be changed.
What is going to happen after the sale? When can I expect to be kicked out?

I have one friend that explained that all the interest you pay on your mortgage can be taken right off the top of the income when you do your taxes and you only pay tax on whats left over but i know someone else that said that your mortgage payment interest is put into the itemized section and unless it exceeds the standard deduction your better off not taking it, who is correct? Any help is greatly appreciated thanks
