In the winter time you could walk around to your neighbors houses and ask to shovel the side walks. I used to do about 10 and make 20-25 dollars. You could split the money and maybe even do some driveways and make more.
In the summer you can ask the neighbors about weeding and possibly being mothers helpers (household chores, watching the kids while the mom is home). After some time the mother will trust you and then you could be the babysitter!

There aren't too many things that 10 and 11 year olds can do to earn money. Ask your parents if there are extra chores you could do for pay - or maybe your neighbors have some chores they would pay you to do.
