Shipping price is actual price I don't know how to lower it. I don't know if I can sent it by media mail.

The product looks great, the description is good too although I'd talk up the one of a kind, handcrafted aspect if you can. Make it sound like a unique and equisite item that someone would really make an effort to buy. Not being from your country, I don't quite know the exact value of the price, but it seemed fine. I recommend you add more picture, at different angles. Have it sitting on some kind of fabric draped stand with a dark back drop. In one or two of the shots add in another tasteful object, such as a fairly sleek looking pen etc to contrast the size.
All in all I liked it and wish you luck. If you have a resonable number of other handcrafted items, you may wish to try selling them at fairs or markets, even at local souvenir shops, as people may be more attracted to the items being able to see them first hand and being able to touch them.

On eBay, people look for bargains, both on the item and the shipping. If I buy a book from half.com I will only buy it if it is media mail rates, because it's much cheaper than what others charge. I think your shipping price is a rip off to be frank. I wouldn't buy it just for that. You'd be better off charging a higher price for the item and less for the shipping. If it's cheap enough people will at least think they are getting a bargain on the shipping and therefore might buy

From the picture, I'd have guessed the carving was pretty small - something you could put on a keychain.

A sharper, clearer picture, with something familiar in the picture to show scale, would really help.

I think it looks fine, the picture represents what is being sold. I think maybe different views of product would be good too.
