I don't know the team building practice in other countries. In Malaysia, most of the companies conduct team building outside their premises, usually at resorts or hotels. The question is why do we need team building training? What can we learn from team building?

I'm sure some of the companies you are working has appointed panel of doctors whom you should seek and obtain MC, and immediately your MC leave is recognized. My company is intend to appoint panel of doctors. As a HR, I need to gather information such as pros and cons, doctors selection, location. But the main issue I want to seek advice is that how to negotiate or inform the employees, because some of them may disagree with comments like "The clinic is too far", "What if I got sick at home and able to go to clinic nearest to my home which is not a panel?".

Appreciate your advice.

I wouldn't consider myself a speed typer, but I can type pretty fast. the only problem is I am not too great when it comes to proper punctuation and grammar. I am not going to lie about it, so is there a way or site, that can help me with that, and something that easy to comprehend. I am eager to learn, but I have no clue as to go about it, and no idea where to start. Has anyone on here done that or is working from there home, or have a home based business. I would not mind having a business from my home, but how do you make money from having your own website, and is there a way to create a website of your own for free. I have no idea how websites make there money. I need some advice on what, where, how to get started. Thanks.

my 2nd home is now worth less than what I owe on it. also, what impact would foreclosure have on my credit history? if, prior to foreclosing, I change how i hold title to the 2nd home from my name to a business entity, e.g. LLC, would that protect my credit history?

I am 19-years-old. I am a university student and other than my grant/loan and earnings from a summer job, I have no regular income (I saved over summer), but I have enough money to live comfortably at uni. I do not want to spend any money on a credit card, but it would be useful to have one to book hotel rooms and things like that.

And for those Americans on here, I am in Britain looking for British credit cards, and while I appreciate your willing to help, your answers are usually about as useful as a nun's ****.

Hello,
I do some computer work as JB Consulting, although I never really registered the business name nor do I have a bank account under that name. I ask all my clients to make their checks out to Joe Blow instead of JB Consulting. One of my clients just sent a check made out to JB Consulting. Can I alter the payee on the check with (Joe Blow)? How much 'trouble' can I get into? Will the bank accept a check made out to JB Consulting (Joe Blow) to my Joe Blow account? This client is always late paying me (this one is for 3 months work even though I bill monthly) otherwise I would just ask him to make out another check.
TIA

We have a $400k death pentalty that my mother will recieve in about 5 months. Law says that THAT money cannot be taxed, but it doesnt say that it cannot be taxed after it leaves that account. Is this law still active, after it is moved? I know my mother won't be taxed, but will the recipient be taxed?

As of now, it is a death benefit. After it goes to my mother, it will no longer be a benefit, but rather a bunder of moulah, correct? After it moves from my mothers to the recipient, the law that benefits cannot be taxed will be irrelevant. So the recipient MAY be taxed, correct? Please help, and good luck.

I'm working on a 3 month contract and only a week to go. I haven't liked my job for a few weeks and displayed it in a negative way by not caring much and arriving up to 1 hour late in the morning. Should I quit or just work the extra week.

I'm also leaving the country after this job so it is causing the experience in this country to be soured. I barely enjoy a minute of work during the day.

Today I got a warning about lateness and using the internet too much, even though only a week go to.

It is a fairly well-paid job.
