conditions ? This is a girlfriend living in my home who sent me email stating she had move last week officially giving me keys etc. While visiting she got me on a domestic for sprinkling kitchen washer sprayer through her outside window?
I just want my home back its mine.

first i made a deposit for $140 and then i made a $123 payment last night.

The payment was for a moneygram, there it says "payment will be processed in 2-3 days". it even shows both the deposit and the PAYMENT are PENDING.
this account had $7 before the deposit. then it showed $147 (pending) and $7 available. which is fine.

but now my account is -$16.94

I figured that was temporary until the dep. and the payment went through.
I called and it turns out its not temporary. I got pissed, bastards hung up on me, i called back more pissed, (BUT POLITE) a second time & told em what happened, eventually i asked to speak to a "superior" and they left me on hold for 40min....
bank closes before I get off work...

I have a entry on my credit report which says FIRST CHARGE FI. Anyone knows what it is or who the creditor is?

Its a small amount and the condition says Derogatory.
I am disputing other accounts, so I might as well know who this company is now.

this is my first time paying the estimated tax with form f1040es. i'm planning on paying 100% of the tax i owed in 2006 instead of figuring out that confusing form. my income will basically be the same. I have just received the fellowship stipends in july that will be subject to the estimated tax and I'm wondering what form I need to file in order to explain to the IRS why I did not pay the first two scheduled payments of the estimated tax. does such a form exist? if so, how do i fill it out?

i am a college student and like everyone does i signed a lease for my apartment well ahead of time......the rental agency was one of the biggest rental agencies on our campus and very reputed so i trusted them and signed the lease for an apartment in a building which was under construction.....now a week before the move in date on my lease they told me that the building wont be ready till another month or so and they would provide some alternate place to stay.......this apartment was supposed to be luxury apartment and was priced at twice the normal price of same size apartment.....and so if they try to give me some cheap dirty dingy apt for one month can i ask them to atleast waive off one months rent ......aslo what else do you think they should do to make up for the inconvenience caused to the students

Ok, I know that different states pay different amounts in Unemployment (which isn't fair).

How ever, say I live in Oklahoma and recieve Social Security and Medicare....could my monthly amount increase or decrease signifigantly? IF SO, what are the top states that pay the most and whats the bottom states that pay the least? Thanks again

I have about $18,000 dollars worth of bad credit showing on my credit report. I am trying to build my score up as quickly as I can, and am about to have about $9,000 in hand to clear up some of that old debt.

Is your credit score based on the dollar value of your debt, or the number of individual debts reporting to the credit bureaus?

Thing is, I'm not familiar with what consitutes the figuring of a credit score. You see, out of the $18,000 of debt, only 3 of the individual debts exceed $2000 (one repossession alone that is around $8,000). In order to build my credit score up faster, is it better for me to take the $9,000 and pay off the smaller debts, or should I try to pay the bigger debts off first?

According to payroll, the IRS will take 25% for federal taxes, 6.25% for social security and 1.45% for medicare. Is there any way that I can opt not have to any taxes taken from this bonus. I figure if I can balance out when tax time comes then I will be okay. Either that or I can pay back at the end of the year.

I have read numerous sites that ALWAYS talk about how easy it is to do, but I have never actually heard a person get an item removed that is a real life person -- So has anyone had this done before b/c I have about 4 items I would like removed that I need to either negotiate them to get removed or just settle with the paid in full which doesnt really help out at all.
