Company called First Charge on Credit report?

Question

I have a entry on my credit report which says FIRST CHARGE FI. Anyone knows what it is or who the creditor is?

Its a small amount and the condition says Derogatory.
I am disputing other accounts, so I might as well know who this company is now.

Well it might be easier to call the company directly and dispute it with them. Thats what I thought.
