Not much. They make those agreements cancel proof. That's how those places make money. People come in after New Year's with plans to change their lives and bodies and a few weeks later it's back on the couch with a package of Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip. Whenever you sign up for a health club membership always do it on a month to month basis. It'll cost a little more but you'll save $$ if you ever want to get out of it. Good luck.

About the only way you can get out is with a medical excuse saying that you can no longer work out due to a medical problem. And, even then, they may not let you out of the contract.
If folks could get out of contracts whenever they wanted, what would be the purpose of ever having one?

You have to read the contract. There may be a section describing the payments or penalties for early termination.
Or call the gym and ask.

Nothing. A contract is a contract. You signed it, so pay them.

No way out guy, unless you can prove it is detriment to your health and if you get to know someone there like someone else said you can get someoen to take it over for you. Put an ad on craigslist there is always someoen that is willing to do that type of thing. Good Luck

You might see if you can get someone to buy it from you. First see if the gym will aloow this type of transaction.

If you can? It is explained in the terms and conditions of your contract.
You did read and understand them before you signed up right?
