I'm still in school but at the current rate I am being charged about 3.00 a day interest on the loans that the the government isnt paying the interest on. I've heard of consolidating but I don't really know how it works or where I should go to begin or even if I can consolidate since I'm still in school. Help!

I want to start an adventure camp of sorts for troubled teens. Having been a troubled teen, I believe deeply in this subject matter. I want to build confidence, teamwork, and overall self esteem through a challenging camp. I'll be out of the Army soon and want to teach all the good parts of the outdoors that I have learned throughout the years. Where do I start? Who do I talk to?

I got a GFE from a mortgage broker, he had run my credit and said I can get this loan he illustrated in the GFE. Now after I have paid for an appraisal he is telling me that the lender ran my credit and my score has gone down. I subsribe to my fico and per my fico there is not another inquiry besides the one he ran. He now wants to give me a way higher interest rate, I told him I want proof that the other lender rejected me and he says he can't provide such, and i want a copy of my credit report showing that my score had gone down. They do not want to provide me this info. either. I feel that I have a right to this information. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB and am planning on contacting the DRE. I am disgusted with this situation and mad as hell!!!!

I have a start-up business. I haven't sold or bought anything, due to the fact I don't have any start-up funds. I have never used a credit card so I have no clue what my credit score is or even if i have one. I need a line of credit of at least $100,000. I don't have anything to use as collateral except stock in my company. Where can I get a line of credit that my business would qualify for? And yes I do have a business plan.

Roommates and I live in the same townhouse. All spaces in the parking lot are numbered with the address. There are always two spaces with the same addresses. I'm paying the most for the master bedroom and also had to pay for the parking space. I been told in the beginning and on the landlord's word that this reserved parking space is for me. On many occurences now, I've seen my roommates park in it and not an apology or word to me why they park there. I been very angry and upset. I have tried to suck it up and find a nearby space, but it's getting to me everyday. I have a bad temper and can swear harsh words. I thought about keying their car, spray paint, being childish. The other space is reserved for them, yet they still have to yank mine. I want a rent reduction! I have not gone to the landlord about it. What should I do first?

We lived in a rental home 1 1/2 years. The landlord witheld money from our deposit for paint & labor for repainting the interior of the home. No damages to walls, just what we considered normal wear & tear (fingerprints, etc) The interior was painted when we moved in with a paint that could not be cleaned without it coming off the walls. Additionally, they charged us for relandscaping, which we assume involved mowing the back yard & remulching the flower beds. The flowers that were in the beds were left behind by us & they used only them, no new plantings. The front yard had been mowed the day before we moved out & we have witnesses.
The deposit was 1500.00 total & received back 612.31. We received the breakdown as follows, w/o copies of any bills. 150.00 to clean yard/202.36 carpet cleaning (we also cleaned)/Paint material 160.33/Labor 375.00. home approx 1600 sq ft. We are in Houston Tx. Letter noted on ea. item "Per receipts".

I drive through the bank that I do business with often. I will insert my debit card to make a small cash withdrawal, into the ATM, and push the button that says: Yes, I do want a receipt....The dam thing NEVER gives me an accurate balance...do they do this on purpose? So they can charge you for an overdraft????I might pull in, and get 35 dollars on my way to work, and It will tell me that I have 225 dollars left....the very next day, I will pull in, and get another 35 dollars, and the dam thing will tell me that I have 475 dollars left....It does it all of the time, and I have went around and around with my bank, they charge me to research this and also charge me overdrafts, and I have to tell you, that I don't keep tons of money in my checking account, as I am a low wage earner....is there any way to force them to give accurate balance statements at an ATM? Is this some sort of fraud?

Ok well I don't know what happened, but I keep throwing up. It must have been something I ate after work. Out of nowhere I feel there urge to vomit, and I can only hold it in so long. I'm afraid it won't go away. If it doesn't go away, when should I call in? Before 11 AM, or after 2 PM? I'm scheduled to come in at 4, and since I work at KFC, I'm sure they don't want someone sick coming in.

But, I have the next three days after that off that my boss got for me. Is it still okay to call in sick?

but how can I get out of paying my car payment for instance without having a bad mark on my credit? I may eventually have unemployment come in but that money will go towards more important things like gas, food and other bills.
This eye injury is not work related. It's due to a contact lens solution that should have been pulled from the shelves before being sold to me.
Oh yeah...I have tried to call my auto finance company and I have had different responses. Some have said that I can skip one payment and then have it added to the next few payments afterwards and another person said wait until the loan's six month's old and call back then. This is a new load that begun in this february.
This eye injury also has me restricted to light duty work. As a result, I cannot return to work even under light duty. I would love to go back to work even as sensitive to light as my eye is.

We found some land we wanted to buy and made an offer with a realtor. Our realtor contacted the listing agent, the listing agent contacted the party who listed the property and they accepted our offer. We put a "good faith" payment down and I signed a contract to remit the balance within 30 days. I initiated a mortgage on my primary residence which involved substantial closing costs, title search, appraisal fees, etc. Three days after my loan was closed, while we were waiting for the deed to be prepared, yet another realtor made a slightly higher offer on behalf of her sister. What she knew that we laymen did not know (nor apparently my realtor) was that the property was listed by a trustee and they would take a higher offer within 20 days of my initial offer. She did this directly with the trustee despite the listing realtor telling her the sale was pending. I am livid.

Can we seek civil action? There is nothing illegal, but to me it reeks of being unethical.

I need an excuse to get off of work tomorrow. My boss already gave me some time off for a soccer tournament I played in, but I need tomorrow off.

What's a good medical excuse? I don't want to use the whole car broke down thing (as that can get complicated). I figured a medical excuse would work, as I work at KFC (and no one wants contaminated food). But exactly should I say? Stomach flu? Bowel problems? Fever? Food poisoning?

Keep in mind I worked there today, so it has to be something I caught in between then and now. And when should I call? before 11 AM, or after 2 PM? I'm supposed to go in at 4, but cannot go, and do not want to ask for more time off.
