Actually you don't HAVE to meet those requirements, they just like to have married couples to play off each other. You have to understand that they are trying to get you to purchase a product for thousands of dollars and they want the most qualified people possible! So a single, 21yr old guy making 20k per year is FAR less attractive to a Married, 25yr old couple making 60k per year. If you are really interested in buying a timeshare use Google and type in "Buy Timeshare" and visit some websites. You will find that you can buy any timeshare THOUSANDS less than resort prices.
