I am planning on breaking into the Real Estate World. However, I have no idea whatsoever about Real Estate. All I know is that I can only take online courses. I am renting out my home in Florida to a tenant who signed a lease and gave me a deposit for first month's rent. The lease was to start on July 15. The tenant told me today that she is no longer moving in and that I can keep the deposit. Do I have any recourse? Thank you.

I want to cancel my AMex gold charge rewards card next year because it has an annual fee, and it's a totally useless card. everything needs to be paid in full, and its benefits are ok, but nothing other cards dont have, and its rewards points program is a joke, being that I can buy items 100000 times the quality.

Anyways, I tend to keep cards around even if I don't use them, that carry 0 balances, because this is better than closing one, but if I chose to close it, will this affect my score negatively and if so, by how much and how long?

Not sure if this rates more dangerous than inquiries, late payments, or delinquencies.

Also I only have a few cards 3-5, yet I'm noted as having like 15+ accounts open, and realized thats from loans, etc.

Anyways, is this bad? To have this many different revolving accounts? It's shocking because I do technically only have like 4 credit cards.

However I pay EVERYTHING on time, and am educated on credit, so I'm doing the right thing.

I am a alien non-resident of the United States. I want to expand my ecommerce operations, and because the vast majority of my customers are already in the US I plan on starting a LLC in Delaware. I understand that LLCs are pass-through entities, taxes-wise, however, does obtaining an EIN void this? Would I have then to file taxes for both the LLC and myself personally? Anyone with any experience regarding any of this?

Not intentionally, but who pays and what happens to the delivery if I am one ounce off on the weight? If I weigh the package as it is ready for shipping but the tape adds say an ounce, what happens? I guess this is a learn as you go process and I am not sure it is worth it for just "stuff around the house".

I am dabling in a business called Primerica, but I think the one thing stopping me from really going for it and really starting to make some money is the fact that I would be the money earner of the household...(getting married saturday and he only makes in the 30,000/yr area with commission...I make 21,000/yr right now). With Primerica our income could be endless...he wants me to get going and get him excited withthe money we make before he does anything with this.

My problem is I have always had the mindset that the wife gets to stay home and take care of the kids...which I can do once I make the big money. Please help me to get my mind on track so I can go get 'em and not feel cheated about having to make the money in the household.

Two months ago, I transferred from one store in a chain to another because my last one I wasn't been given any responsibilities. And a supervisor was harassing me.

I didn't know at my new store that the store manager was such a b*tch. She abuses staff whilst they serve on registers if they do something wrong. She abuses the other manager. She always seems to add a snipe to everything, like "You need to do this because you need practice" etc.

I have only been there a month and a bit. From what I know, she is universally disliked. She is pleasant when her boss is around (my former manager) so he doesn't see it. But, three people will/have left in 3 months, I suspect the other manager is leaving. The store is on a "weekly target". This is NOT commonplace. Sounds like it may go under...

Another store has a position. I came to this store because of the other manager, as well as the "promotion" that she always has excuses to not give to me. I am really unhappy. Should I try to leave?
