I am planning on breaking into the Real Estate World. However, I have no idea whatsoever about Real Estate. All I know is that I can only take online courses. My questions are: How long is the Course and how is the Real Estate works. Please, let me know from your experience info's and tips! Thank you!

You didn't tell us where you live and will work in the business.? Real Estate selling right now can be a challenge. For someone new to the business, it might be best to keep your day job. The bottom line is this: it is having your own business, you will need capital (money) to not only work with but live on for a couple of years. Then your business should be off the ground and moving along well. It takes alot of determination, big time self discipline to do what it will take to build up your client list. There is alot of competition, some who have been in the business a long time.

real estate usually isn't a part time job. It requires full time attention to earn money. Remember, you only earn equal to the amount of time you spend. As for the course. The only reason for the license course is to help you pass the test. TALK IT IN PERSON. Not everything is on the test. In person course teaches for the test.

Here in California it takes about 18 days from the time in sign up. After that you get a certificate for your hours and make an appointment for the state exam, remember you still have 2 more classes to complete.

Do not do the course online. DO IT IN PERSON. The only (ONLY) reason for the course is to pass the test. NOT everything in the course is on the test. If you do in person, they will teach for the test. Online, they will try and teach everything without telling you what is important.

YOU will NOT! save time doing on line.

It all depends on your state licensing laws. I suggest that you contact your state board to learn the requirements. In California that is http://www.dre.cahwnet.gov/default.htm
