I'm backed up on my bill's and no money I Live in The City Of BELL, CA. i heard that theres places that help you pay your BILL's for FREE so you can be back on track ? any INFO. Would be a GREAT HELP!!! thank you

Never heard of any such organization. I suggest you ask your parents, aunts, uncles, neighbors. If your city has 311 telephone number call them and tell them your situation.
Go to the Department of Welfare/Public Assistance in your city. They may be able to give you money for bills and food.
Don't feel badly, many people are in your situation. Good Luck.

Try your local Dept of Community Based Services office. They can help you there. Also many non profit organizations exist to help people get back on their feet like Goodwill Industires, Salvation Army anf St. Vincent de Paul. Check your local yellow pages under social services and organizations.

First--cancel everything you don't need. Do you need a cellphone? No. Do you need the internet? No. Do you need the TV? No. If you can't' afford it, get rid of it.
Next, call all of your bill companies and explain your situation. Most of them will work with you.
Anything that is free and helps you pay bills is a joke.
