where have you been? in the US we let everyone in. there might be laws but they are not enforced, if you show some papers..you are in like Flynn. if that doesn't work for you...get a lawyer and then you are good to go. the US claims to have immigration laws but it's a ruse. if you can't do it legally...do it illegally...they seem not to care. good luck to you.
