I would like to try to start a small Ebay business. I'm looking for ideas on which items may sell best at auction. I'm gearing toward less expensive items (no TV's, game systems, etc.).
Any suggestions or comments?

Just wanted some tips on how others cope with job searches and the rejections when over 50 yrs old. Particularly those employers who say 'you are over qualified/too experienced' Just another way of saying too old? Age Discrimination law makes little difference!

My house has been listed for 14 months. I have already:
1. Tried two different realtors, and interviewed quite a few other
2. Lowered the price $50,000 and am currently listed $19,000 below a comparable house for sale on my street.
3. Am on all the internet sites
4. Broke down and listed it for rent four months ago. Have had only one interested party and they wanted to rent irt for two years at a price almost $1,000 below what the house costs me with mtg, tax and ins. Just can't commit to that much loss over two years.
I have equity in the house that I can't just walk away from (plus don't want to wreck credit), but I can't keep making two house payments every month....I am amazed that I have pulled it off this long. The most frustrating part is that in 14 months, I have had maybe 10 showings at most, the last in October. I am negotiable if I can get someone to look. I've even tried the but my house for cash websites...but apparently no interest since I get no response.

kind of a stupid question but having an argument about it my roomate says you can't but I have personally done this. He says i'm full of it cause he works at an automotive store and deals with credit cards all day. So that is about it and the reason i'm asking. Okkk..I am 17 years old and going through many changes..I am very outgoing and known to be a social butterfly in school and out. I always thought I was committed and I know that I want to make it in life but now that I am a bit older I feel like I am not taking life seriously like I should. Some things are; have not took one SAT, can't stay in a relationship bc I get bored, wont keep a job, oh and when I have a job I forget that I get paid..have not tried to get my license..oh and I feel like noone can tell me what to do. In school and out I always undermine authority but not in a disrespectful way. Noone takes me serious and the little people that do expect way to much out of me!..Im not sure what to do

My tenant has not paid his January rent yet and we are practically in February. He says this is due to a layoff... yet they gave him no compensation until he found a new job ( I thought that was standard) . Also, he just moved into the apartment in December and he is already missing rent?

Question is, how long do I wait to take action (evict) or how do I approach him about paying up?

Also, when and how do I tell him I WONT be renewing the lease... 10 drueling months away. He's complained more than any tenant..yet he doesn't pay rent???? Sorry, now I'm venting.

We have a coffee system that has rows of different coffee . i had added a new row of coffee to where it only had two packets which i moved to the next row. She seen me doing that and she starded yelling at me about it. Telling me that the all the older packets needed to be used first. But when she told me she was shaking at the same time. I just said to myself its going to be ok lady, if its almost gone im sure they would be used. This is my first good job that pays me 10.00 an hour to sit here and just answer phones.I was so mad that i wanted to say your are crazy but i closed my mouth and almost went into tears. No one ever has yelled at me like that.

A company I heard about states that they can erase bad credit from your credit report for 250.00, even if the debts are not paid. I think it is a scam. I need some advice. Should I engage in this or not?
