aha!!!!ok first always give ur best smile a smile can attract anyone trust me ...everyone luvs smiles try to go and have a conversation with her like abt what she likes and all that tell ehr what kind of a character u r ur personality and all ask her about that !!!!! ASK A LOT ABOUT HER RATHER THAN U TALK ABOUT YOURSELF UNLESS SHE ASKS U SUMTHING
dnt go exposing private life theyll hate it i bet...because u tend to expose stuff u arent suppose to .......otherwise ull be a perfect man dnt wry.........
and one thing mayb she dint like becoz of sum personal matter not becoz of the way u are!!
i bettcha that the gilr will accept the next marriage proposal that u are going to go thru if u follow this!!!!

Marriage is ideal when a person find someone that loves them. Very rarely is a person all the other person wants in a mate. But the things that attract one to another is important so that each will get to know each other.
If you are always serious, that is understood, but the other will not know what food you like or what movie you think is funny. This is important if you plan an spending the rest of your life with someone. There is a long list of things that we each need to share, this is done during the courtship. Failure at courting is the primary reason that we seem to marry strangers.
Perhaps the reason for the rejection is: the lady does not know you.

Good position is not the deciding factor in accepting a marriage proposal.
There are many personality issues to consider and most people are really only compatible with less than 5% of the population for a marriage.
If she did not accept you, then need to get out dating again and find the someone that is more like you, because you will be spending a lot of time with each other.

The way you worded the question was a little awkward, but if you were asking what a girl expects in being proposed to... Well, we (or at least, I) expect a little tenderness - you know, romance. It's wonderful that you're in a good position, and that you're fair and all, but in order to really woo and win a girl you've got to re-assure her that you're going to be there for her emotionally, too. Emphasize how much you care about her, make her feel like you're the grandest and most exciting human she could ever meet. Most girls are way more interested in whether or not not they really feel LOVED, than in the "situation" you could provide for them. Hope that helped...

Just because you have a good job and you're fair does not mean a girl will want you! Who wants to be with someone serious all the time? You need someone to fall in love with you, for who you are, not what you make or can provide for them. Being sincere is great, but you need to loosen up and have fun and be funny too. Just keep dating, you'll meet the "right one" and untill you do, enjoy the girls you meet along the way.

Marriage is rarely a business proposal, which is how you seem to make it sound.
I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that English is not your first language. If I'm wrong, that could be part of the problem.
If she doesn't love you, respect you, or isn't attracted to you, you won't get anywhere.
Go watch the movie "The Tao of Steve". It's all about how unattractive guys can pick up hot chicks.

I think the fact that you felt compelled to negotiate/entice responses by promising to give the answers above 50% says something about your trust level with others. People can be mean and weird....but if you give them a chance, they can amaze you. This might sound crazy, but if you don't already have one, get a puppy. Learn how to get along with someone that you will easily trust and learn to translate that trust to people.

This sounds like an arranged marriage. Maybe it was because the girl wasn't ready for marriage but didn't want to admit it to her parents.

The girl needs to fall in love with you first. You need to court her with flowers, poems and other gifts. It takes time to find the right person.

It might not be you. She might not be ready for marriage and feels she still wants her freedom and if this is true then be glad she turned you down now.
