This person thinks it is great to offend people, especially in front of those they want to impress, somehow she still seems to come out smelling of roses. I need to let her know and anyone else in the close vicinity that it is not alright, with out appearing over sensitive/bitchy.

Eye drops in the coffee and then sue her for constructive dismissal. Other than that just drop the Bi**h.

I had the same problem with a ***** 1 year ago. The solution is to find another job, because you don't want to stay in a place where you are not happy. Think about yourself. And when you find the other position make her feel worthless, humiliate her in any way, take your revenge. Be careful: she must not know your next company. So do not trust anybody regarding your future moves. In a war, fight!!!!

If it's personal comments about YOU then bloody complain to your manager's manager. If doesn't work, do it again and again. Every company should take harrassment seriously, however trivial or small the complaint. Take it from me, working for a bank, people get sacked for less. Take it to your union rep aswell if you have one. If you're not in a union, tell the rep anyway, because they'll have words with this individual for you.

Tell her:

She's so stupid she'd get hit by a parked car.
She's so stupid if she fell of a boat she'd miss the water
She's so ugly she makes penicillin feel ill
If she was a bishop, people would worship the devil
If she was oxygen people would hold there breath
Ask her-As an outsider what does she think of the human race?

Hope this helps, want any more e-mail me.

Tell her that you find her comments offensive and demeaning
and that you're surprised that someone in her position feels
the need to bolster her own ego by trying to bring you down.

Alternatively ask her if she can justify the remarks or is she just being a bully.

Ask her to repeat what she said and write it down, look at the clock and calendar. Obviously she'll ask what you're doing.
"Gathering evidence - just in case"

If you work for a large company they will certainly have an anti bullying policy.

Fight back, and fight dirty. Bullies need a good slapping sometimes.

I think it would probably be better to have a quiet word in her ear than to comment publicly where it may backfire.

Maybe she does not realise what she is saying and that her comments are causing offense or distress to others.

Do you have a Manager above her whom you could go to about the problem.

Good luck.

"Clearly she didn't get any last night?" - usually works!

Or

"Will somebody call her a cab?"

Its gotta be something off the cuff - try saying something to everyone else and don't include her!
Offer to go the pub with the rest of the department for lunch?

I would ask her for a few words in private and then procede to ask her where she gets her information from which is aimed at you and politely point out the rights and wrongs of that said information, most of all I would be diplomatic as that should shock her/him, you must not stand for it.

Complain to your human resources manager as this sounds like some form of harassment.

Resign...

No - get another job first. A better job. With a pay rise. And then resign.

Guaranteed to shut him / her up!
