I've had my car for five years. it's in my father's name. he has passed away. The contract on my car was to be paid off this month . I am 2 months behind in my payment. I called the creditors to explain that I will pay the catch up payment this friday. one Rep was real mean about it. I then asked her if I could money gram the money this friday send $900.00 she gave me the money gram info I needed to send the payment. I then called again to reasure that I am still sending $900.00 this friday another rep threatend & said we need the money today. I mentioned I have no other finacial means but friday you will have the money. my question is can they repo my car? the car is 30,000 I have already invested $28,000 I would like for the creditor to know I would not have come this far to lose it. should I hide the car until paid off?

We got a new additin to our team recently. She has been with us for about a month now, and in my working career, I have never come across anybody so loud, nosy, and annoying to clients. When she is on the phone, the whole office can hear her. She spends uneccessarily long time on the phone to clients, driving up the workload. She also has a very annoying habit of giving out irrelevant infomation on the business's internal procedures and its services. The others within the team are beginnng to get very annoyed with her. Do you think we should speak to the boss about her?

My soccer team is doing a fundraiser by recylcing cans. I'm just trying to gauge how long it will take to reach out goal, but i don't know what he payout is for cans in Indiana compared to Michigan. I live close to the border, so I know MI will only accept cans with refund posted on the top.

I am currently studying web design and have just got a part time job as an assistant in an Estate Agents because i am interested in property, i haven't got much more to do until im a qualified web designer but now im thinking should i do it on the side and put my efforts into being an Estate agent, any advice from people in either trade would be appreciated or any advice at all, which is a better job to do, thanks

Hiya,
I'm an Italian student and I'm just about to graduate in Foreign Languages (English and Spanish) and Communication Studies here in Italy.
I'm moving to England in March and I'm looking to pursue a career in Marketing.
Where do I start? All I've done so far is applying for a CIM Marketing part-time course at College.
I haven't really got any work experience at all.
What should I do when I first get to England?
Get myself a temp job or a permanent one (Admin or something like that)?
Do some work experience at weekends?
Help!

I have this credit card that I had $900 on the balance and it's no interest until August 2007. I also have $1100 of saving that can pay it off right now. Should I pay off the credit card or just keep the money for 5% interest and wait til August to pay it back? THANKS!

Is this illegal. They went to transfer my electricity in my new house frrom the landlords to my name. They cut it off Friday and never cut it back on. I called GA Power and they said their first appt to turn it back on was Monday. I had no where else for my baby to stay so I had someone cut the electricity back on. What will my punishment be? They are coming to cut it on today and well..... It is already on.

I am currently married and my wife and I are going to separate within a few weeks (amicable agreement). We will be receiving a refund of $5800 and one argument we have now is "who gets what".

Of the income earned, I earned 87% of our total income and my wife earned 13% of our total income. She believes that because we are still married we should split our refund 50-50, and I believe it should be split based on percentage earned (i.e. I would get 87% and she would get 13%.

I am more than willing to pay 50-50 if it is in fact the law to split it 50-50, but I feel that is unfair given the circumstances.

Please site legal references if possible.
