AS long as tax deptt is full with IRS-generalists,who start learning acopunts and finance once clear that IAS exam which is highly overrated and finance minister is one who does not understand intricacies of finane ........it will always be disadvantage to public......................please recruit only CAs,CSs,ICWAs and MBAs from reputed institutes,,,,,,,,the scenario will hange within 3 years ......furthe we will not get nonsense laws like FRINGE BENEFIT TAXES

tax reforms over the past few years has been concentrated on people who are trying to evade tax the idea is to catch people who are evading tax once the tax evasion is reduced tax rates are expected to go down.
