Here in the US both the buyer and the seller each have an agent, does it work that way in the UK? Or is it just the seller that has an agent? I am not trying to come acrossed as simple, I have heard that only the seller has representation & want to know if this is true or false.

i've been pondering about this question for quite some time now. is there really a secret to success? i mean, why are some people more successful than others? what's the difference? why can some people do one thing and be super successful... while others can do the exact same thing, but fail completely on their butt? what is the secret to success? i'd like to hear your opinions. thanks!

The job I am applying for requires me to "conduct PARs when needed".

What is a PAR in relation to job description? Is it to do with monitoring performance of staff?

I am an 18 year old college student with no credit. I live with my parents and have no car of my own (no collateral). The only thing I feel I have going for me is a steady job (albeit a low paying one). That being said, the reason I wish to take out such a loan is that I (along with a friend) would like to purchase a small trailer in a town near my own to fix up and resell. I understand the market is in the toilet right now, but I feel that I am up to the challenge (or at least I hope I am). I realize that 60,000 dollars is a whole lot of money and that if this doesn't go my way (if it's even possible) I'd be in some serious debt. Regardless, I have done much research and while I don't at all consider myself an expert on the topic of real estate, I really believe that I can do this and I think it would be worthwhile experience. If anyone has any information about someone in my position taking out a loan this large or any tips on flipping houses, I would appreciate your input. Thanks.

This is because I feel I can get more federal return from online service provider A than a similar service provider B. But the catch is that A will charge me more than B to file for the state.
By the way, my gross salary for 2006 is $39K. Can someone suggest me the best site to get the maximum returns for free (federal as well as state)?

This morning a colleague said that "some ppl" have a prob with me coming at 9 but wont say who or what. Do I take him at his word or ask the bosses if I can work 9 to7? Will they think me dorky?

I am into volunteering to educate streetchildren to learn how to live their young lives meaningfully. For 3years I have been teaching them non-formal classes as I am a licensed teacher. However I realized that there is more to teaching that they need, like they need to have a shelter, most of them are homeless and run-away children. Mostly at their age at 15, 16 & 17 years old, they want to earn money already on their own, so that an alternative livelihood be provided to them as against to what they do now scavenging, hard labor at the wet markets & factory, prostitution and child trafficking and some are into petty crimes like pickpocketing or snatching. I took professional education as a way of my personal ministry to these children. I am a business graduate, I find poverty is not indeed the only reason why they are inthat mess but their mixed-up values in their young lives while living on the streets. I want to do more services for them this year, where can I find donors, sponsors?
