The job I am applying for requires me to "conduct PARs when needed".

What is a PAR in relation to job description? Is it to do with monitoring performance of staff?

Performance and Achievement Review or Personell Reviews however the company wants to say it. Yeah you are going to be giving reviews on performance and stuff....hmmm sounds like middle management to me.

I have heard the term PAR used to abbreviate, "Preventative Action Request" but you're better off simply asking the employer what that refers to in his or her industry.
