You must be VERY young. You look at the job you are interviewing for and what type of company you would be working for. Find out what their goals are and what kind of people work there. Your motivation would be different with every job interview. Please don't tell them you want to be president of the company. Base your motivation around them. Honestly, money is my motivation. I told my boss that after I had been with the company for many years and she thought I was terrible for saying that. I was being honest. They don't like that. SEE THE GUY ABOVE ME. HE IS THE IDIOT FROM YESTERDAY. THE MAN....................... If I knew job and company I could help you more.

You tell them that the job is the hope of all your dreams, that their company is the best in the world. A little tip for future interviews: when you go tell yourself that the job is already yours but you need to decide if you want that company to have all you have to give. Good luck

Stress the professional aspects (why you are a good match for the job): Highlight aspects of the job description where you fit well, say that the job very intersting (say why) that it is challenging (say why), that you think the company is great (why) and that you think you will fit well (why).
Also mention that from a personal point of view it is a good fit for you. For example the location.

It's probably best not to put, my current job is rubbish or it's a much easier commute. Stuff about career development, challenging position, feeling you can bring special qualities to the job often go down well.

Try to give use some reasons that are specific to that company, rather than those that could be applicable to similar positions in many organisations.
Failing that, focus on the benefits of working for this type of organisation.
