Pulp Fiction taught us all that restaurants are ripe for robbing. Plenty of customers with wallets, managers without shotguns, etc.
Personally I think the best place to rob would be an auto dealership. How many of those annoying salesman carry guns? As long as you had enough guys, and a fence for the cars...
I'm sure with a gun you could get the keys to like 15 or 20 cars within a minute.

Petrol Station. There is usually only one person working there at a time, wait till late at night, have somebody waiting to drive you away...The only problem that there are ALWAYS really good security cameras, so cover your face. Also be very wary of the clerk...they're usually trained for that kind of situation.
