On a single toilet bathroom a male coworker begin trying to use the key to open the door. I told him that I was using it. He continued so I said "I am in the bathroom right now." He responded" I know you are, but can I come in?" I said I don't play like that leave the door alone." He kept messing with the door saying can I come in? I strongly said," I don't get down like that. Leave the door alone. I had to get off the stoole and would have let the key break. My third and final statement of this incident was," I am on the toilet! Leave the ******* lock alone!" He crossed a line. I was angered, but worked an hour with him without going to his work area. I reported the incident to the EEOC within my company the next day. We both work with with over hundred youth. I have heard from homosexual students of inappropriate behaviors. She stated," I can confront him, again" Your thoughts. My style is masculine and I try to be professional. He is immature.We both are 6ft 24+

I approached a real eastate company about selling my house.
The listing agreement started in May 06. I thought it was originaly for 6 mo. I do know for a fact that in the copy I had there was no mention of comission at all let alone it being 7%. All of this information was suppose to be on pp3.
Here's the meat and potatoes of the whole thing.
After about 6 months, I lost or misplaced the listing agreement and I ask him to email me a copy. When I received the copy, on pp3 it had a listing period from May 06 to May 07 (1 yr.) and a 7% comission fee on it.
I strongly suspect that this page has been amended because I would have questioned a 7% comission.
I sent him a return certified letter about 2 weeks ago stating:
Please except this letter as notice to terminate our listing agreement starting 1/8/07. Also please remove my information from the Central Showing Services Company.
I need to know can this agreement be broken any kind of way?
I don't want to use a relator.

My fiance' has no credit. Everytime he applies for credit (JCpenny, Sears, Mastercard, Visa) they always say the same thing. Either "No credit score (fico score) on file" or "Insifficeint credit history". He has never had a credit card or anything in his name, so why can't he get anything? How does he start to build his credit?

seeking knowledge by reading n doing lot's of reserch make's my technical scills became more n more sharpen...but why majority of them that in the same Military service with me...dislik it & did not even try to open up their minds towards this global n golden benefits that they can have in learning English now a days...they can't accept it even during having interviews & usual working hours....i've try to make them understand on how important it is now a days...but still getting a negetive feedback from them....Hope anybody, or everybody or who ever out there...can sent me ur answer n points....for me as a usefull guidelines & steps to take for in changing this culture that have been so thick n becoming thicker n thicker for nobody doing something to it......

I am 20 years old and work at wegmans...one of the best companies to work for, yeah right. I get paid well, but people talk about each other constantly. I havent heard anything about me but even if I did I dont care because I am secure enough. But I hate that most of the conversations I have are people talking about others.
