seeking knowledge by reading n doing lot's of reserch make's my technical scills became more n more sharpen...but why majority of them that in the same Military service with me...dislik it & did not even try to open up their minds towards this global n golden benefits that they can have in learning English now a days...they can't accept it even during having interviews & usual working hours....i've try to make them understand on how important it is now a days...but still getting a negetive feedback from them....Hope anybody, or everybody or who ever out there...can sent me ur answer n points....for me as a usefull guidelines & steps to take for in changing this culture that have been so thick n becoming thicker n thicker for nobody doing something to it......

hello matrix B,

it's not easy to change people's perception and ways of thinking. it's good that you have the initiative to learn english and i am glad you are aware of its many benefits. what you can try to do is try to find people in your community who have the same interest as you or have the intention to learn english,something like study group. you guys can meet up and learn english together. be creative to make your english learning experience interesting and easy to understand. you can try karaoke english songs,watch english movie,listen to english song,read english books etc..etc..there's so many ways to learn english. i wish you good luck and all the best! by the way, the correct way to spell "servis" is service. i hope you find my answer useful.

The first thing is to learn English (or whatever language). If you can't communicate clearly, your prospects are limited.
