Absolutely, you will have to do a customs form and of course it is more expensive. Other than that, it's about the same as going to another state.

A package mailed through the US Postal service can be sent any place in the world to include Canada.

There are other carriers that delivery mail and packages also, but the United States Postal Services was among the first and at one time the most economical.

Yes packages can mailed through the US Postal Service to Canada and overseas. You will have to fill out special forms though.

Hmm I've heard of a scam like this. I'm pretty sure that WU ticket is a fake. What happens is they send you more then the amount and have you deposit it and then have you cash out the remaining balance and send it back to them. Meanwhile the ticket is under review with WU. After you deposit the rest and send it to the scammer, WU comes back and advises you that the ticket was a fraud and debits your account with the amount you deposited. Leaving you 3100.00 dollars in the hole. It works somewhere on the lines like that. Don't send him/her any cash or anything.
