Obviously you are not in the investment business.
A manager of anything, is a top level position, that is only obtained, by education, training , experience and "Smarts"

A hedge fund manager is a highly specialized position, managing billions of dollars in a very leveraged , competetive invironment, using a bundle of different derivatives to try and get gains out of every market condition.

You need at least a masters degree in business, majoring in economics, and markets, you need years of being a stock broker, and continuing education in the markets and gaining experience.

you need time spent in Technical analysis, Value analysis, Derivatives, puts, calls, futures, Forex, And others,
You need years handling funds in a Hedge fund company, and work your way up to being a manager

It will be a varying salery, based on results, Very, Very Good money if you succeed...Unemployment line if you don't
