I recently put my resume online. I was contacted by a company called UGA. They told me they provide services for small businesses. I can't find much info on them. Seems like a scam....like Primerica. I don't want to waste my time with an interview, so if anyone has info I'd appreciate it.

Now it is looking like he may have a new job starting in a few weeks but, I don't have the money to last that long. I have allready sold all of my gun collection and my motorcycle trying to keep our heads above water and now am out of options. Is there any kind of place that can help me with bills for a few weeks untill he gets back to work. I allready tried a payday loan place but they wont loan to us based on his unemployment.

I'm 21. The girl I really like won't talk to me anymore because of my drinking problem.
I got fired from the past 5 jobs. Just today I got fired from my bank. I don't know what to do. I feel shattered, alone, depressed...I can't cope with the pain. It's too much.
My parents expect me to be a big businessman. I don't think I can do that. I"m a loser. What are the chances of me being successful? Nil. I got fired 5 times! Call center, Best Buy, Home depot, rona, and now Td Canada Trust.
I don't know if I can be successful in life. My parents are going to be very depressed when I tell them I'm fired.

I am waiting on one of my W2's to come back and they sent it to the wrong address It is important that i get it a.s.a.p. but the lady at the office I worked at was rude and not wanting to work with me at all said i had to just sit and wait on it to come and it could be up in febuary before it came... so my question is is there anyway i could get my W2,s online some how? I work a 9-6 shift and I get paid $13.00 , but I have a wage garnishment that makes me get about $500 every 2 weeks after taxes and benefits. Not to mention I have bills: rent, gas, food, phone bills, etc, including unexpected troubles. I often have to ask for money for food and gas to get back and forth to work. I don't like to spend money so i try to hold onto every penny I have, so I don't go shopping, I don't go to the hair salon, I don't buy cd's or magazines or go out to dinner, don't go to concerts, vacations or any of those other things that cost money. People ususally think that I am just being cheap or I am saving my money. I look for evening jobs but they usually want me to start my shift a 6pm but I'm still at work. What can I do? I don't have any funds for an unexpected emergency. My wage garnishment will last for 1 more year. I am getting desperate.

I would like to know if your employer can ask for your insurance statements that come in the mail showing what they paid your doctor visit and tests done and your balance (co-pay) what is left and extra. Its when you go to the doctor your doctor bills insurance company and insurance company send you the information regarding what they paid and what you owe. Looking for web sites on his. (does hipaa have anything on this?) Thanks

Okay, here's my story....I am a full time day worker and have been going to junior College at night and have almost completed my AA. Now I want to go to a university full time for Architecture. I am only 22 and single, so I want to know, what are the odds of quitting my job, and going to College full time during the day...Has anyone ever gone from a good paying day job, back to school and made it. Ive alwasy wanted to create great looking HTML Mails for my newsletters solely for marketing purposes. Does anyone knows what software to use? I have heard that if you check your credit report that it could in turn hurt your credit. Is this true, or do you have to check it multiple times for it to do 'damage?'

Also, do you know of any credible places that you can check your credit report at no charge? I know that you should be able to check it through your bank, but I want to say that mine charges? I haven't looked into enough to know for sure...

I have taken intensive Spanish lessons for a little over a month, and I will be continuing these lessons for the next 8 months, up until I move to Spain. I study hard, and practice often. On my resume, how should I explain my Spanish skills? I would definitely not say "proficient" in Spanish, because I wouldn't be able to interview in Spanish, so I guess I'm looking for a word that means a little less than proficient.

My sister was adding to my account incorrectly. We only wanted to link our accounts not have a joint account. She's in school and her identity was stolen and credit cards were placed in her name. The credit card co. got a judgment and garnish my account because her name was attached and wipe out my bank account. I have direct deposit and they took my entire paycheck. I just want to know what I should do and if their actions are legal.
