You must be a Nat West account holder.

You must provide your own lockable box.

Charge is from £40 per annum for a small box (about size of A4 piece of paper) and increases depending on size of box.

If you need to access the box you need to give a minimum of 4 hours notice and will be charged a £20 inspection fee.

You must arrange your own insurance for valuable items held within the box.

Check with your Branch first as the last time I checked (about 6 weeks ago) most Branches were unable to accept any new lodgements as they are full to capacity.

It would probably depend on the type of account you open or have and what your balance is. Higher the balance the more freebies you get.

DON'T KNOW YOUR ANSWER, but felt obliged to tell you i have just cut all ties with natwest, there is another way, go elsewhere and don't get ripped off by the biggest money making bank.

taking money out of my account for credit card insurance, unauthorised, telling me lies about moving my account sideways to another type of loan to benefit me, they very cleverly worded their proposals.
