I need help with my 1099?

I didn't file my 1099-misc last year. Can I file my 2005 1099-misc with my 2006 tax return.

Unfortunately no. Would just make things worse. Form 1040-x for 2005

No. Each tax year is separate. If you didn't receive a notice yet from the IRS about it, file an amended return as soon as possible for 2005.

NOPE! you have to amend your 2005 return. 2005 income must go on a 2005 return.
