Also I already work for this company and know a great deal about the new position i am applying for, so I probably will not have many questions to ask; is it OK if pay rate is the only question I have?

I'll be moving to Cleveland in a few months. I'm not real familiar with the area. I've heard the Coventry area is nice, also Shaker Heights, and possibly Lakewood. I would like to be somewhere that is within walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. I guess most importantly, which areas do I need to stay away from while looking for a good apartment?

Is there a web site (prefer government site) with specific requirements and legal issues dealing with opening an adult store in los angeles? The adult items would be more funny/classy than crude.

I don't know what to believe anymore about the economy, you read one thing and then something totally contradictory the next.
Is our economy stable enough yet to where Americans would invest in more nice little vacations? Or is the real question due to many peoples distrust due to potential terroism?

I have already tried Orchard, Premier and they are asking for $200.00 for account set up and monthly maintenance fees which is outrageous, yes my credit is fairly bad. However, I have never filed for bankruptcy.

My coworker and I got into a huge screaming match at work. She has been affecting everyone with her negative attitude about the workplace and other coworkers for over a year. Finally, today, she pushed too hard and I went off on her. I told her everything I had been feeling for a long time. You know how after an arguement you think about what you should have said? Well I don't even feel that because I said everything. I don't feel bad about what I said, I just know I'm going to feel bad that I lost my cool. Any advice on how I should handle myself now that I probably made myself look like I'm crazy.

Considering the extremely high salaries and options that are awarded managers, regardless of company performance, I think all stock holders, including fund managers, should vote proxies with careful attention to revised compensation plans and stock options.
