My coworker and I got into a huge screaming match at work. She has been affecting everyone with her negative attitude about the workplace and other coworkers for over a year. Finally, today, she pushed too hard and I went off on her. I told her everything I had been feeling for a long time. You know how after an arguement you think about what you should have said? Well I don't even feel that because I said everything. I don't feel bad about what I said, I just know I'm going to feel bad that I lost my cool. Any advice on how I should handle myself now that I probably made myself look like I'm crazy.

I did apologize to my boss and he was very supportive of me. I have been working there for six years and I had been biting my tongue all this time. I believe that everyone has their limit and I had mine that day.

well you need to apologize to that person you insulted and to your supervisor. i don't mean you need to "take back" what you said but apologize for losing control at work. there is a time and place and a more mature way of handling things. next time think first and be an adult.

Hope you feel like a big little nothing..

You really showed people what you are made of....

you'll never make a supervisor-leader-manager--
not even a mature adult.

Now you need to apologize to this person for your immature.selfish. actions...and to the others as well

thats if you don't get fired.

This happened where I work as well but it was crazy because I am related to both people fighting. I think you should not have to feel bad or apologize for what happened you were VENTING and if the person doesn't like it then to bad for them they should be glad you don't go off all the time!!!

I, ABSOLUTELY, love passionate people. You stand your ground, and hold your head high.....unless you were wrong.
