From what I understand, materials that you purchase for resale are classified as inventory but how about shipping labels, packaging materials, etc. Can someone please help me understand the difference?

Is it possible to have opened an account in May, but bank of america says it was opened in October? I don't get how they could give the wrong info. Anyone have any ideas, maybe someone that works there? Please help bc I am trying to get to the bottom of this situation.

Hi, about 6 months ago I applied for my first credit card and got approved. I made payments on time and never went over the limit. After about 3 months they increased my credit limit. But all of a sudden I lost my job because they had to move to another state. I started using my credit card to pay for bills after finishing everything from my savings account.

Im only $10 away from my credit limit and stopped using it since I dont want to go over. Would this still give me bad credit since im so close to my limit?

i am a 1099 misc form holder considered a self employed individual and i want to deduct a business use vehicle however here is my ? the vehicle i have been using i am making monthly payments on to my brother (since i am making payments till paid off the title and registration are in his name still) which it will be paid off next month well due to this do i claim it as a leased vehicle or vehicle i own or what do i do . i really need to claim it because i had 22000.00 in non taxed compensation please help with all details you can tell me thanks

Someone told me that they will use a scare tactic and try to stop and make you throw it out. (Not to mention, "NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED SIGNS") I heard that if they try this tactic they have no right to prevent us from discarding food or entering the theater. I understand they want to make money and this is a business. What is our right as a customer? What is the legality behind this issue?

I took a job with a company I previously worked. The reason I left four years ago was that the company laid me off. I emailed my old manager about 6 months ago to see if they had openings, which they didn't have at the time. Then, about 3 months ago, I was offered a position. The job is very similar to what I was doing when I left the company, and it seems like a lot of the old problems are still there as well. When I accepted the position, the manager assured me that the comany was doing well financially, making profits, etc. and that they really needed help around the office. I was going to be his "lifesaver". Things started out well, but now things seem slow. They recently laid someone off. The official reason was that they couldn't afford him. I was reassured(without me asking) that I wasn't in any danger of losing my job. The company then proceeded to hire an assistant for the sales manager. She's told me she's going crazy with nothing to do. What's going on here?

I am computer programmer and hanged on single project for about 8 months. I wasn't being able to promote to take the position of my manager who left the company because of personal reasons and issues he has in the company. Similar to this project was never done before in the company history and no one can continue the job I am doing. It is because every one who wanted to take over my source code at least takes 1 month to understand each part of it. So they are too dependant on me. The customer always reports his satisfaction of my job to Top managers. The manager replaced is fully incompetent and to me will lead the company to closure. I brought this manager to company as my employee actually he was living in my neighborhood they never even taken my idea into consideration before completion of the project. My thought always fluctuates so that I cannot concentrate well. Is it my problem or it is the problem of company mismanagement?

i work with alot of women, and they dont follow simple directions and they get upset when i let them know what they are doing wrong when it comes to work. this is my job to be lead and to supervisor. i dont want to report anyone because i know everyone needs their job and have a family to support,but when they want to gossip and talk about petty things,and not doing whats right on their job i will get in trouble when things are not right nor done . please give me all the advise you can because im getting frustated and cant take nomore. im having a metting with them soon ,let me know somethings that i can say to them ,because this is their last and final WARNING.

I've melted lots of dental scrap into an ingot / gold bar and refined it using a home refining system. its 99.98% gold. where can i sell it to? I saw others on Ebay which sold for a lot less than the gold spot price (ie, spot was $20/gram and other home-made bars were selling for roughly $16/gram only) The only ones selling for a good price were the stamped ones from Metalor, Suisse, etc. Since I made it myself, what do I do with it? I tried selling some before to refiners I found online like Midwest Refineries and Garfield, but the return was NOT as advertised. They claimed I would get 94%-96% of the value but they really only gave me like 60% - scammers, to say the least. Anyways, does anyone have experience with a reputable gold buyer for non-minted gold bullions? Allso, I have a good amount of palladium which is about half the price of gold - who can buy that at a good price? Thanks

My son was hospitalized in 05 and the bills were sent to the ins. co. with me (his mother) as the pt. My ins. co started to pay but then received bills in my sons name. There were many double billing errs. After some time, this mess was rectifyed. My ins. company paid the allowed amts on all hospital and doctor bills and we paid our co-pay.

Time passed, about 8 months, when my son got a call from a collection agent stating he owed more money. When we attempted to get a copy of the billing statement the MD office stated that it had been sent to collection; we should contact them. We have made numerous calls and are always put on hold for an extended perior of time or sent to a full voice mail box. We would pay the amt. if we only knew what we were paying. What recourse do we have? Chris

I received a notice of eviction if I don't pay my January rent and the Security deposit by Monday. Is it legal to just give a 3 day notice to pay? I owe $1200 total, $450 security deposit that bounced and $750 for January rent that was due on the 1st.
