I'm almost positive that E-trade can handle it.... fill out an application...send a deposit...in a couple of days you have an account.#.. set up your PIN and password....everything handled on-line. Research, buy, sell.....live long and prosper.

they should contact a brokerage firm in the states and find out what it take to set up an account. try ameritrade.com
