I need an impartial opinion about whether I need to purchase Owners Title Insurance since i am doing 100% financing.
My logic for not purchasing the title insurance is that since i'm financing 100%, i won't have equity, therefore, if something was wrong with the title i could literally walk away and not have anything to lose (i.e. equity).
What's your opinion?

a business card that I undersigned was used by the mgmt and they ran up $20k in debt illegally. I've repeatedly written to the bank saying it wasn't me, but they're a nightmare, even though the company lawyer wrote them saying it wasn't me. First their fraud people said it was fixed, then client svcs says i have to pay it and now they're telling me my credit will get whacked. is it worth paying it (in installments) so it doesn't dog me for life? or should i take the hit and rely on one of those services to fix it? can I sue the mgmt?? Any suggestions? help!!!

I have a good job, but my bills seem to be more than my paycheck. I have student loans to pay on, and bills that my ex husband helped me run up. Does anyone have some sort of solution to help me get out of this problem. I don't want to file for bankrupcy, and I don't trust debt consolidation places. I've talked to the collection agencies and all, and they are working with me the best they can, but they can only help so much...they need their money. Please! Any advice?

i think there is something seriously wrong with our court system!! don't get me wrong,i think if you do the crime you should do the time.but then it should stop there. after you have served your sentence,and your free to go back into the world and better your self,it is hard to do that because it is hard to find a job if you are a felon. i believe this is a vicious cylcle,because the felons get frustrated with out being able to find a job,and feel worthless and useless because they cannot provide for there families. so what do they do, they go back to what they know,and provide for there families any way they can. something is wrong here. how can we ever give felons a chance to change if we will not hire them. there self worth is gone!!! does any one else feel this way?? i would love to get a program started that could help felons in obtaining employment. does any one know of any programs out there??? because i would like to start a program were i live to help felons.

Customer service is terrible. I hate going to stores or having to contact any service provider. Who is hiring these morons? Im currently in the military navy to be exact and Ive made a mistake I dont like the military life at all and Im really thinking about getting out but I want to take all the right steps to getting discharged or just getting seperated cause I dont plan to stay in or advance in the navy so I see it as since Im not here to make it a career or take intiative to do things then why be in so basically im just looking for a way out of the navy without a dishonorable discharge I've been in now for a 1yr and 5mths now and will hit my 2yr mark in July and as of now going to Virginia.Oceanea so if you know about the navy Virginia is the place you DONT want to be
