Misdemeanors are minor offenses such as bearing false witness (lying under oath,) disturbing the peace, false pretense (obtaining property as a result of misrepresentation,) indecent exposure, public nudity and sedition (resisting arrest).
Whether or not you get hired anywhere, is entirely up to the business.

A misdemeanor is a "lesser" criminal act....and as long as you are honest on your application, yes...they will most likely hire you...unless you are up against other people who have the same job skills, but no misdemeanors on their records.

A misdemeanor is a minor offense such as forgetting to pay a parking ticket, or public intox. It shouldn't affect any jobs you apply for.

A misdemeanor is a minor crime. I would imagine you would be able too. I don;t have a record, but typically, if you let them know you are honest, trust worthy, and a hard worker, they would give you a second chance. I know I would.

well...mostly in the application, it asks you if you convicted of felony. So misdemeanor isn't similar to felony and behind that you may have a chance to get the job.

More than likely, the answer is yes. It does depend on what state you live in though.
